Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

Lost or Damaged Shipments

International Shipping (if applicable)
- Customs, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.
